New Job Offered

I don’t know when the time I apply for this job. But someone has called me and asked to come for interview. I was a bit surprised but yet excited.

It’s from Sinclair Knight Merz Sdn Bhd which located in Mont Kiara. I was wondering, what the company is? Right away, I google the company name. Yess..i found it. Pretty similar with what my company did, no wonder I applied. :) I seriously I forgot. It must be long time ago..:p

I was thinking, if my application is successful, should I accept or leave it? They’re very nice to me when the first time I went there. Even tho we don’t know each other. Is that a sign of welcome? Argghhh…so confusing me now.

As you know, I’m happy with my job now. But sometimes I was thinking to get another job which is better than what I get now. See…how unthankful people. People will never feel enough…Don’t you think so? I do, their offered is better, but I don’t think they also provide benefit and flexibility working hours as what implemented here. That’s why, I really need consider about it. They will let me know the result sometimes next week whether my application is successful. Sincerely I don’t mind if I’m not selected, seem I had a good enough here. I am now confusing. Okay, let’s make comparisons.

Current job

Flexibility hours: Which is you have a right to choose your flexibility to work in office but make sure complete 40 hours a week also, exception of al gazetted public holiday.

Working environment: in terms of work space, colleagues, bosses..

SKM offer

No flexibility hours: normal hours implemented (8am-5pm)

Working Environment: No answer

Work Exposure: No answer

Clinical treatment: yes, but they only allocated less than my company offered.

Actually, there is much more advantages and disadvantages between this two company. But really, it’s confusing me. According to the HR who interviewed me, she said I would be the one as the boss has given the green light to proceed with my application. I don’t know how far it’s true till the result received. One more week left.

Should I take a step to move? Please help. Your suggestion will make me think wisely.
